Return Process

  Place the device in its original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
